Job summary

Central Health seeks a Senior Data Analyst to power business intelligence, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making across clinical, financial, and enrollment datasets. You will lead reporting initiatives, develop data warehouses, and serve as an Epic subject matter expert for front/back-end reporting.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization, and governance experience, with collaboration across IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Math, Economics, CS, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 3 years healthcare analytics, statistics, reporting or public health experience.
• 3 years SQL (T-SQL) or Python with advanced expertise.
• 2 years Tableau or other data visualization tool experience.
• 2 years Epic EMR reporting (SlicerDicer, RWB, Clarity or Caboodle).

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements for reporting and analysis initiatives with customers.
• Lead Analytics and Reporting on assigned projects.
• Perform data analysis and prepare results for internal and external customers.
• Assist in design and development of data warehouse/data mart applications.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
