Mediant Health Resources seeks an experienced Senior Epic and MEDITECH Revenue Cycle Consultant to lead and optimize clinical information systems and revenue cycle platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve workflows.

The position requires on-site presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with leadership across informatics initiatives and alignment of technology with patient care goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Clinical Information Systems and Epic platforms to support clinical and operational excellence.
• Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and analytics.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, upgrades, user support, and training initiatives to improve adoption, usability, and clinician engagement.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use, and organizational security/privacy standards while supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for clinical informatics initiatives, collaborating with organizational leadership to align technology with patient care goals.
