- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Owns product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows from ideation to go-live.
- Translate clinical and business needs into clear product requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, data science, and integration teams in agile sprints.
- Deliver executive-ready status reports and governance for Epic initiatives.
