Job summary

Business Center 2 is seeking an experienced Epic Credentialed Trainer to deliver advanced in-person training, refine curricula, and provide operational support in a healthcare setting. You will mentor CT I staff and work with Principal Trainers to improve materials and workflows.

Applicants must hold an active RN license, preferably a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and have Epic application experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

Active registered nurse license required.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
Experience with Epic application systems in a healthcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning principles essential.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
At least two years as Credentialed Trainer I and Epic Advancement Program CT III completion required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced in-person training and support.
Mentor CT I staff and collaborate with Principal Trainers.
Refine curricula and training materials.
Support optimization initiatives and new enhancements/upgrades.
Represent Epic in operational meetings and provide just‑in‑time support via phone, email, or in person.
