Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Credentialed Trainer II to educate staff on Epic and related systems. The role involves validating workflows, updating curricula, and partnering with the Training Manager on projects while supporting end-users across clinics.

Ideal candidates will have EPIC credentials in multiple applications, 3+ years implementing EHR in healthcare, and strong program management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, biology, education, English, or communications.
• Minimum 3 years of direct EHR implementation experience in a large healthcare organization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance, project, or program management.
• Previous EPIC training and certification experience required.
• EPIC credentialed in at least 3 applications.
• 2+ years of Epic System training with clinical staff (providers, nurses, MAs).
• 2+ years of program/project management with cross-functional coordination.
• 2+ years in education/training roles.
• Experience rolling out complex training programs to 1500+ users.
• Experience in healthcare environment related to clinical and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Train end users on AltaMed technical/clinical systems and applications.
• Validate workflows and update training materials for new software builds.
• Collaborate with Training Manager and PT on special projects.
• Maintain curriculum current with software upgrades and go-lives.
• Provide 1-1 end-user support in clinics and related environments.
• Lead designated task forces with strategy, milestones, and outcomes.
