CHRISTUS Health in Shreveport, LA seeks a Credentialed Trainer to lead Epic training delivery for end users, collaborating with Principal Trainers, Analysts, and Health System leaders to ensure effective adoption. You will plan, deliver, and support training, and create job aids to empower staff across departments.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of education, EPIC end user, or related field experience.
• Healthcare education experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic applications strongly preferred.
• Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations is preferred.
• Proven Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn Excel, Teams, and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and Trainers to align with workflows.
• Ensure class coverage and accurate classroom setup.
• Create and maintain job aids and online learning content.
• Provide onsite support and proactive end-user assistance.
• Test and troubleshoot the training and build environment.
• Deliver workflow-based and role-specific training, including eLearning.
• Mentor and train other team members, escalate issues as needed.
