Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training, support end users, and collaborate with healthcare leaders on adoption of the Electronic Health Record.

Responsibilities include planning and teaching classes, preparing materials, and ensuring training aligns with approved workflows. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with Epic credentialing expected within 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience with education, Epic end user, or related field required.
• Experience with Epic applications strongly preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, training, and LMS usage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and Principal Trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide on-site end user support and attend associate fairs and other activities.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; ensure learning modules are accurate and up-to-date.
• Test and troubleshoot the training and build environment; develop job aids as needed.
