AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to educate staff on Epic and other clinical systems, ensuring effective adoption of new workflows and software.

You will develop training materials and support users in clinics and remote settings, coordinating with project teams on go-live events and ongoing enhancements. The role emphasizes hands-on training, curriculum updates, and collaboration with training leadership to maintain up-to-date content and deliver high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance improvement, project management, or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, computer science, or related area preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical training experience with Epic System to clinical staff required.

Aufgaben

• Train end users on AltaMed technical/clinical systems and applications.
• Validate and train workflows for new/updated software products.
• Create and utilize training materials for staff education.
• Work with PT on special projects or assignments during implementations.
• Serve as primary credentialed trainer during clinical system implementations under supervision.
• Support end-users in 1-1 format in clinics and other healthcare settings; assist with Tip Sheet development.
