Responsibilities

• Prepares for and leads end-user training using a standard curriculum.
• Applies concepts of adult learning theory and action learning in development and delivery of training via a variety of blended learning modalities.
• Understands INTEGRIS business/clinical issues and applies this knowledge to provide examples.
• Collaborates with Instructional Designers on assessing training needs and updating materials.
• Leverages LMS to deliver, administer and track training; ensures accurate records.
• Facilitates discussions and collects feedback for program improvement.
