Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics leader to independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and related systems in a remote-capable environment. You will oversee BI tooling, security changes, and content lifecycle while mentoring junior staff and ensuring policy-compliant usage.

Requires 5–7 years in Epic applications and BI tools, Epic Cogito certifications, and a related Bachelor's degree.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and/or BI tools.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in Epic applications and Business Intelligence tools.
• Epic certifications appropriate to job function; learning plan with offer includes missing Epic Cogito certifications to obtain within 5 months of starting first Epic class.

Mansioni

• Independently configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms, systems, and servers to meet operational needs.
• Monitor analytical and operational BI tools and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor usage to ensure content created by developers adheres to policies and best practices; train analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and manage upgrades/changes.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems including maintenance, upgrades, security changes, testing, license provisioning, issue resolution, and go-lives support.
• Apply security changes to BI/reporting systems, provisioning access per policy, and participate in security simplification for sustainability.
• Manage lifecycle of analytics content, audit new content for duplication, monitor usage, retire content per processes.
• Stay informed about healthcare environment, EHR and BI tech trends to drive innovation; mentor junior team members.
