• Oversee daily coding functions and monitor Epic WQs, in-basket messages, and charge entry to meet KPIs.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and corrective action discussions with caregivers.
• Monitor staffing, coder productivity, and QA audits; enforce departmental protocols.
• Collaborate with Coding Managers and other departments to meet Medical Group objectives.
• Utilize MS Office, Kronos, ServiceHub, and encoder tools for operational efficiency.
