AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Revenue Integrity & Coding Supervisor to lead the daily operation of the healthcare revenue cycle and coding teams within FQHC settings.

The role focuses on eliminating revenue leakage, ensuring compliance, and optimizing Epic modules and CDM accuracy. The ideal candidate holds a HIM/health admin degree, active CPC/CCS/RHIA/RHIT credentials, 4+ years in revenue cycle, and at least 1 year supervising staff in an FQHC environment; performance-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health information management (HIM), Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a closely related field required.
• Active CPC, CCS, or RHIA/RHIT designation required.
• Minimum of 4 years of healthcare revenue cycle, coding, or revenue integrity experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of explicit, hands-on experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center environment preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a team of medical coders or revenue integrity analysts required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day revenue integrity, charge capture, and coding operations.
• Provide direct leadership to coding staff and audit processes.
• Optimize Epic revenue cycle modules and CDM accuracy.
• Ensure clean claim rates and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee staff development, appraisals, and training.
• Establish internal audit processes and manage production.
