Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an Epic Clinical Service Desk Onsite Specialist to lead clinical workflows and optimize Epic processes. You will guide discussions, analyze incidents, and drive cost-effective improvements while coordinating with executives at the client site.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare ITSM and experience with Epic modules. Remote work is supported with occasional onsite collaboration and Go-Live activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Healthcare Service Management-ITSM experience.
• Epic modules: Ambulatory, ASAP, Inpatient Orders/Clin Doc, ADT, Willow.
• Experience managing a help desk or staff that supported IT clinical systems.
• Experience extracting data and running statistical reports.

Responsibilities

• Be single point of contact for Epic Clinical Service Desk.
• Lead discussions on Epic workflows and best practices.
• Analyze incidents for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare change management and Go-Live readiness for Epic.
• Develop knowledge base articles with the Epic team.
• Collaborate with training to deliver Epic content to agents.
• Review SLA compliance and assist with RCA when needed.
