Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for the OP Time OR Department. You will lead advanced analysis, design, testing, and optimization of Epic across boundaries, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing support.

The role requires strong leadership in complex implementations, Epic certification, and the ability to travel for major projects while maintaining production support duties.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field; advanced education preferred.
• 7-8 years of direct clinical/healthcare operations experience, including leading complex implementations, upgrades, or production support in an integrated EHR environment.
• Epic certification in assigned applications is required or must be obtained within the established timeframe.

• Leads advanced analysis and workflow design; configures, builds, tests, validates, and maintains Epic functionality.
• Manages high-impact incidents; conducts root-cause analysis and coordinates cross-functional responders.
• Plans and leads large, complex projects, upgrades, and go-lives with milestones and risk management.
