Job summary

Adventist Healthcare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III for the OP Time OR Department to support Epic functionality across the enterprise.

You will lead complex projects, mentor analysts, coordinate with operational leaders, and ensure go-lives, testing, and support. Travel may be required to support enterprise initiatives and correct system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in healthcare / information systems.
• 7–8 years of clinical/healthcare IT experience with large implementations.
• Epic certification in assigned applications is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic modules.
• Plans and leads large complex projects, upgrades, and go-lives.
• Senior liaison to operational leaders, governance bodies, and vendors.
• Ensures standards for design, testing, change control, and production support.
