In this senior role, you’ll mentor analysts, lead complex projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring production readiness and sustained improvements in patient care data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field; substitution allowed year-for-year.
• 7-8 years of direct clinical/healthcare operations or EHR-related experience; Epic preferred.
• No formal supervisory experience required; ability to lead large workstreams.
• Epic certification in assigned applications required or to be obtained within the defined timeframe.
• Willingness to travel, participate in on-call coverage, and support major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design; architect, configure, build, test, and maintain Epic functionality.
• Lead resolution of high-impact incidents; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate responders.
• Plan and lead large, complex projects; define scope, milestones, risks, and testing strategy.
• Act as senior liaison for leaders, governance bodies, Epic reps, end users, vendors, and teams.
• Establish standards for design, testing, change control, and production support; review quality.
• Mentor analysts; coordinate shared work and provide technical direction and training.
• Evaluate emerging capabilities and regulatory requirements to recommend improvements.
