Qualifications

• Must certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into design and development specifications.
• Configure, test, install, implement, monitor and maintain systems and workflows.
• Document workflow changes and technical designs to support business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors on third‑party integrations and support.
• Perform project management functions for small to mid‑size projects.
