Qualifications

- Epic certification preferred and to be maintained.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Ability to configure, test, install, and maintain software systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supports stakeholders by analyzing problems to determine resolution.
- Translates requirements into design and development specifications.
- Configures, tests, installs, implements, and maintains systems.
- Documents workflow changes and technical designs.
- Collaborates with vendors for integrations and support.
- Participates in training materials and testing plans.
- Assists in project management for small to mid-size projects.
