Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare seeks a Staff Analyst to support information technology applications across the healthcare lifecycle, including EHR, scheduling, billing, and ancillary systems. The role emphasizes problem diagnosis, design translation, and stakeholder collaboration.

The position requires Epic certification and may involve small projects; candidates should be comfortable with remote work and occasional travel for go-lives or support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two (2) years of work experience in a related area; active pursuit of a bachelor's degree may substitute with HR approval.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems (applications, workflows, hardware).
• Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
• Partners with vendors to support third-party applications including integration and troubleshooting.
• Performs project management functions for small to mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Participates in training development and knowledge-based materials for users and peers.
• Works with end users to develop report needs and verify system outputs.
