Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications.
• Manages small projects related to applications and technologies with minimal supervision.
• Documents workflow changes and designs to support business requirements.
• Collaborates with vendors for third‑party integration and support.
• Develops training and knowledge materials for end users and peers.
