Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc workflows, build, maintenance and configuration.
- Ability to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and support operational needs.
- Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
- Assist with application builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate updates and releases; participate in on-call support.
