Job summary

Sentara Health seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to optimize inpatient workflows and support clinical applications. You will partner with clinicians to analyze processes, implement system enhancements, and ensure reliable Epic ClinDoc performance across the inpatient setting.

Responsibilities include builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, with on-call support as needed. Epic Certification is required; EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc and Epic Phoenix preferred.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc experience in inpatient settings.
• Epic Certification is required; additional Epic modules preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience with a degree; 5+ years without a degree.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in healthcare.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
• Analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support clinical utilization.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and releases for Epic apps.
• Coordinate application updates and participate in on-call support.
