Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix workflows.
• Epic Certification is required; ClinDoc and Phoenix certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience with degree or 5+ years without.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancements for Epic ClinDoc.
• Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve care delivery.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and releases.
• Participate in on-call support and coordinate application updates.
