Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst to support Epic Inpatient ClinDoc, analyze workflows and implement system improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

The role covers building, upgrading, testing, incident and change management, and on-call support. Epic ClinDoc experience and certification are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc experience and a current Epic Certification are required.
• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix, including build, maintenance, optimization and workflow configuration.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization and enhancement of Epic ClinDoc applications.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing and releases; coordinate updates.
• Participate in on-call support and cross-functional project teams.
