Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will partner with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure reliable operation of Epic applications to improve patient care and efficiency.

This role covers builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc/workflow experience required or preferred.
• Experience with incident/change management in healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years with degree or 5+ years without.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic ClinDoc and related clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows and implement system improvements with clinical stakeholders.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, and releases; participate in on-call support.
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities.
