Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc in Norfolk, VA. The role supports day-to-day Epic ClinDoc workflows, builds, upgrades and testing, while partnering with clinical stakeholders to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

The candidate will analyze workflows, participate in incident and change management, and assist in production support during updates and releases.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification required; Epic Inpatient ClinDoc knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix/workflows.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and optimize clinical applications.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing and releases.
• Coordinate updates and releases; assist on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clinical workflows.
