Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support, optimize, and enhance our clinical applications landscape. You will work closely with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure reliable Epic system performance.

The role emphasizes build, upgrade, testing, and release coordination, with on-call support and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Epic Certification is required, with ClinDoc/Phoenix preferences.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification is required.
• Epic ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix experience in inpatient settings.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and system configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and related clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows, coordinate builds, upgrades, testing, and releases; support incident and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and effective utilisation of Epic applications.
• Participate in on-call support and serve as a resource for application inquiries.
