The role requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge and Epic Certification, with on-call responsibilities and collaboration across IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc workflows and configuration.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with incident, change, and problem management in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical workflows to optimize ClinDoc usage.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements for Epic ClinDoc.
• Coordinate incident management and change management for ERP and clinical systems.
• Assist with application updates and release coordination.
• Provide on-call support and cross-functional collaboration.
