Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix, including application build, maintenance, optimization, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with application support, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements within a healthcare environment.
• Ability to perform workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration to support operational needs.
• Experience supporting incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, application integrations, and production support environments.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of clinical applications, focusing on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc.
• Analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support effective Epic application utilization to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing activities, and system enhancements while evaluating software releases and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts and ensure system reliability.
• Participate in on-call support and serve as a resource for application-related inquiries.
