Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc to support Epic Inpatient ClinDoc, optimize clinical workflows, and collaborate with clinicians to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

You will participate in builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and coordinate updates while on-call as needed. Epic Certification is required, with EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc and Epic Phoenix preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3 years experience with degree or 5+ years without degree.
• Epic Certification is required; EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc and Epic Phoenix preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve patient care.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements; evaluate releases.
• Participate in on-call support and incident/change management.
• Coordinate application updates and releases and ensure system reliability.
