Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focusing on Epic ClinDoc to optimize clinical workflows and system reliability across inpatient modules. You’ll analyze workflows, configure ClinDoc, and support builds, upgrades, testing, and incidents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role partners with clinicians and IT teams, participates in change management, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring high-quality patient care and operational

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3+ years relevant experience with a degree.
• Epic Certification required; EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc preferred.
• Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workflows and configure ClinDoc and other Epic modules.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate updates and releases; participate in on-call support.
• Assist incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations.
