Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc to provide daily support, optimization, and enhancement of Epic clinical applications. The role partners with clinicians to analyze workflows and implement system improvements that elevate patient care and operational efficiency.
The candidate will support builds, upgrades, testing, and releases, with emphasis on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc.
Qualificações
- Epic ClinDoc workflow knowledge and configuration
- Experience supporting Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix
- Experience with application support, upgrades, testing, and enhancements in healthcare
Responsabilidades
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization and enhancement of clinical applications focusing on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc
- Analyze workflows and collaborate with clinical stakeholders to improve clinical workflows
- Support builds, testing, incident, and change management, and coordinate application updates/releases
- Participate in on-call support and serve as a resource for application inquiries
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of clinical systems
