Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an IT Specialty Analyst – Epic ClinDoc to provide day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of clinical Epic ClinDoc applications. You will analyze workflows, collaborate with clinicians, implement improvements, and ensure reliable system performance.

The role covers builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, on-call support, and cross-functional coordination to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification is required.
• Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix.
• Experience with application builds, upgrades, testing, and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of clinical Epic ClinDoc applications.
• Support application builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes and on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts and system reliability.
