Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to manage day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancements for Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will collaborate with clinicians to analyze workflows and implement improvements that boost patient care and operational efficiency.

You will contribute to builds, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements while evaluating releases and guiding workflow configurations.

Qualifications

• Requires Epic ClinDoc workflow and build knowledge.
• Experience with clinical application support, upgrades, testing, and enhancements.
• Able to perform workflow analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic ClinDoc.
