Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health-related field.
• Licensure or certification in Iowa or equivalent.
• Experience using Epic in ambulatory or hospital settings.
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation modes.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system design specifications.
• Previous experience providing 24x7 on-call technical support.

Responsibilities

• Educate clinicians on system functionality, workflows, tips, and best practices.
• Partner with clinicians, informatics teams, and technical support to address workflow concerns and identify potential system solutions.
• Offer onsite and elbow-to-elbow support to assist clinicians in real-time clinical environments.
• Participate in quality initiatives for safe and effective care delivery.
• Serve as an approachable, ongoing resource for clinicians as technology and workflows evolve.
• Provides hands-on support during go-lives, implementations, and workflow optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and make technology easier for end users.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot clinical workflow and technology-related issues.
