Intermountain Healthcare Inc. seeks a Clinical and Health Informaticist to advance informatics within patient care by translating technology into practical improvements across clinical workflows.
You will design and analyze workflows, gather clinician requirements, and support HIT implementation, training, and adoption. Formación
- Understanding of informatics principles and their application to healthcare quality and safety.
- Experience engaging clinicians in learning and adoption of HIT.
- Experience leading Informatics deliverables and working with EHR vendors.
Responsabilidades
- Interact with clinical caregivers to understand workflows and requirements.
- Lead or contribute to health IT projects with limited supervision.
- Support implementation, training and adoption of clinical information systems.
- Observe workflows across facilities to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization.
