Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or informatics field.
• Experience in project coordination or operational change analysis is required.
• Epic Informatics certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and design of consistent clinical workflows with stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflow changes with clinical and IT teams to adopt electronic solutions.
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders, application and development teams for workflow improvements.
• Promote standardization and adoption of new or updated clinical information systems.
