Great River Health in Iowa is seeking an EPIC Analyst responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic and related clinical applications. You will work closely with clinicians and IT staff to optimize workflows, configure templates and order sets, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include testing, training, and creating reports to support clinical decision-making.

Competenze

• Epic certification in at least one module or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
• Experience with healthcare IT or clinical operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze and optimize clinical workflows to align Epic EHR features with clinical processes.
• Configure and customize the Epic system (templates, order sets, features) to support workflows.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clinical staff on Epic usage.
• Ensure Epic data accuracy and enable regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain reports for clinical outcomes and performance metrics.
