Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-3 years of IT-related experience.
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
• Epic certifications (Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the life cycle of changes from design to go-live.
• Document current workflows and identify process improvements.
• Analyze business needs and translate requests into specifications.
• Develop training and testing plans to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide application support and triage incidents and issues.
• Participate in software upgrade projects and review release notes.
• Work with internal and external teams on integration issues.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and maintain documentation in Service Now.
• Respect timelines and manage priorities for system changes.
