Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of assigned systems to align with workflows.
• Provide end-user support to clinical and administrative users and collaborate with trainers on training programs.
• Coordinate system testing for new features, upgrades, and patches, following change control guidelines.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including configurations and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and security policies across systems.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to implement system enhancements and new functionalities.
• Work with vendors to manage updates and troubleshoot issues.
