Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an Application Coordinator to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic applications across clinical and revenue cycle workflows.

You will obtain Epic certification, maintain deep knowledge of Epic functionality, and provide on-call Tier III support. The role requires collaboration with clinical/financial teams to implement changes and shape future workflows.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a bachelor’s degree or clinical licensure.
• Alternate qualification: 4 years in business IT/healthcare if no degree.
• Epic EMR experience and Epic certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and support Epic applications.
• Obtain and maintain Epic certification; understand workflow needs.
• Provide 24/7 Tier III support for Epic clinical/revenue cycle apps.
• Implement configuration changes approved by committees.
• Collaborate across disciplines to design future-state workflows.
