Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking an Application Administrator I to design and configure applications, working with Epic systems and vendor partners. You will liaise with department super users, educators, and support staff to optimize upgrades and service requests within a hybrid remote/on-site setup based in MN or WI.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience with EPIC, familiarity with Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional IT experience with EPIC preferred.
• Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link experience preferred.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and configuration of applications; liaison with department super users, vendors, education and support staff.
• Maintain and support the application system environment and upgrades; optimize service requests.
