Children's Mercy is seeking a Lead IT Systems Applications Analyst - Epic (MyChart) to design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise applications in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and manage vendor relationships to deliver reliable patient-centered solutions.

The role focuses on Epic/EHR configuration, system integration, project management, and end-user support, with emphasis on MyChart and related digital tools.

Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's/Associate's or equivalent with leadership experience preferred.
• Epic certification within 120 days of hire; Epic training if not already certified.
• Experience leading design, development, and deployment of complex enterprise apps.
• Strong vendor management and project leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and end-user support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and development of complex system configurations, databases, and integration.
• Provides end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to users across departments.
• Leads cross-functional teams in Epic and related systems' implementation and upgrades.
• Manages vendor relationships and ensures quality delivery of products and services.
• Mentors junior staff and guides technology and project management efforts.
