Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document current workflow processes and identify improvement options.
• Analyze business workflow and system needs for new features and enhancements.
• Present concepts clearly with narratives or diagrams to aid understanding.
• Develop training and testing plans to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide support and triage incidents related to the application.
• Participate in software upgrade projects and review release notes.
