Job summary

The role requires hands-on Epic Cadence/Grand Central experience, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and ability to translate business needs into Epic solutions, with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Epic Cadence and/or Grand Central modules.
• Strong understanding of patient access, scheduling, registration, referrals, and resource management workflows.
• Experience in Epic build, configuration, testing, and support activities.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and revenue cycle touchpoints.
• Ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Cadence and Grand Central applications.
• Design and optimize scheduling templates, appointment rules, provider schedules, and resource calendars.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic workflow solutions.
• Support patient registration, check-in/check-out, referrals, and appointment management processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Perform system testing, validation, and deployment activities for upgrades and new functionality.
