Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst to facilitate end-user meetings and provide intermediate application build expertise. You may lead projects and translate requirements into functional configurations for Epic Cadence.

Candidates should have 2+ years in Epic Cadence design/build, clinical/healthcare experience, and Epic Cadence Certification. This role supports remote work with approved states.

Qualifications

• Two (2) plus years of Epic Cadence design, build, implementation experience.
• Decision Tree design and build experience required, preferably 1+ years.
• Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, Department and Provider, Referrals build experience preferred.
• Project management experience. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Epic Cadence Certification required. Decision Tree Badge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced-level design, build, and implementation assignments/projects.
• Leads meetings with end-user/business owners and other EIS teams.
• May lead team projects translating customer needs and delivering outcomes.
• Fills in on projects in the absence of the Team Lead.
• Elevates teamwork issues to Team Lead as needed.
• Participates in re-engineering operational workflow with end-users.
• Translates needs into system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Provides high-level design integration expertise with Epic modules.
• Leads work groups within department or project scope.
• Attends Epic-related committees (CAB, CHOCC, LOCC).
• Assists in developing project plans and details.
• Coordinates advanced configuration and build tasks with others.
