Health Choice Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to design, build, and optimize Epic Cadence workflows across ambulatory settings in a remote US environment.

The role focuses on scheduling, templates, access management, and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on production-quality builds and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate holds Epic Cadence Certification, 3+ years of hands-on Cadence experience, and has delivered provider templates, appointment

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Epic Cadence analyst experience, including build, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience building and supporting provider templates, appointment types, visit types, scheduling rules, departments and resources, and patient access workflows.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or workflow redesign projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Cadence across ambulatory environments.
• Create provider templates, appointment types, visit types, scheduling rules, departments, and resources.
• Configure referral scheduling, decision trees, wait lists, and patient access workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve scheduling workflows and provider utilization.
• Translate business requirements into Epic Cadence solutions and workflow improvements.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Perform testing, validation, and QA for upgrades and new functionality.
• Document specifications, workflow processes, and training materials.
• Provide go-live and on-call support.
