Job summary

Cottage Health seeks an Epic Cadence Analyst Sr in the Epic Applications department responsible for analyzing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Epic scheduling, referrals and related workflows (Cheers, HelloWorld, Welcome) to meet operational and technical requirements.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows; experience with patient registration workflows such as GrandCentral and Prelude is helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing, IT, allied health, business or related field
• Must have Epic Cadence certification
• 5+ years of experience in similar clinical/revenue cycle system implementation or support
• Experience with GrandCentral/Prelude is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling and referrals workflows
• Develop and maintain related business processes to meet operational and technical requirements
• Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of software functionality and clinical revenue cycle workflows
