TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst to backfill critical bed charge builds and testing within a remote Epic environment. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing charge-related workflows to support accurate revenue capture.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong Epic Grand Central credentials, hands-on charge testing expertise, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting, contributing to ongoing Epic growth and optimization.

Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central Certification (required).
• Hands-on experience with bed charge build.
• Experience performing and coordinating charge testing activities.
• Healthcare IT experience supporting Epic applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Grand Central functionality.
• Support bed charge build activities and related workflow optimization.
• Execute and coordinate charge testing efforts to ensure accurate revenue capture and billing outcomes.
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement solutions within the Grand Central application.
• Collaborate with operational, revenue cycle, and clinical stakeholders to validate charge workflows and system functionality.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and testing activities.
• Ensure system build aligns with organizational standards and Epic best practices.
