Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an Access Template Coordinator to lead provider templates and decision trees, coordinating with Physician Ops, Practice Ops, and IS&T. You will analyze capacity and slot utilization to improve care delivery workflows and report outcomes to leadership.

You will train Access Template Coordinators and serve as a subject matter expert on Epic Cadence, with strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building provider templates in Epic or 4 years in provider scheduling.
• Experience with database management and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
• Epic Cadence certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain provider templates and decision trees.
• Partner with Physician Ops and Practice Ops on capacity and slot utilization issues.
• Internal consultant and educator for best practice stewardship and improvement plans.
• Conduct provider capacity analysis and provide trends to leadership.
• Coordinate Epic system enhancements with IS&T and vendors.
• Provide training and guidance to Access Template Coordinators.
